Why choose me?
Because I care about the individual behind the career first and foremost and I can help you to obtain the career that works for you!
“Helping You to Find a Career that Works For You.”
Throughout my experience to date I have navigated the twists and turns of my own career and life path, facing challenges, uncertainties, and moments of self-discovery. I have taken the time to research practices across coaching, human resources and psychology to adapt a program that will enact meaningful change.
After leaving school and feeling the pressure to study something at third level, I picked Chemistry which was not the path for me! At that stage I did not have the personal skills to make a change myself so I went to a career coach and the experience was life-changing; I often look back on that interaction and am grateful that it set me on my current path and now I want to do the same to help others!
My experience in recent years has been across Human Resources and Recruitment speaking to hundreds of jobseekers and employers every week and assisting both in the challenges and nuances that come with each. I am a big believer in learning and understanding, so the WorkWise coaching approach is really about taking the nitty gritty of jobs, and CVs and taking a step back and thinking strategically about what do I really want?
I’ve personally been in the position many times where I had that feeling on a Sunday about returning to work on Monday and I speak to people every day who feel this way and I want to make a difference. These experiences ignited my passion for empowering others in their professional journeys. Whether it was overcoming career transitions, navigating corporate landscapes, or finding purpose in work, I realized the profound impact that guidance and support can have on one’s trajectory.
My journey is not just about a collection of degrees and certifications (though I do have both a Bsc and Masters in Human Resource Management, Strategy, and Practice). It’s about understanding the human side of career development. The joy of witnessing individuals better themselves and their situation and witnessing the power of that knowledge, clarity, and support is what drives me every day.
